Do we have to build with you afterwards?
No. The findings and the roadmap are yours. Several clients have taken a roadmap to their in-house team or another supplier, and that is a fair outcome. We would rather be the people who told you the truth than the people who sold you a project.
How long does it take?
The health check takes about ten minutes of your time. A Second Opinion comes back within two working days. A technology roadmap or AI readiness review usually runs one to three weeks depending on how many people we need to talk to.
Who actually does the work?
The same senior people who run our build and growth work — not a separate consulting layer. That is the point: the advice comes from people who will have to live with it.
What if the answer is that we should not build anything?
Then that is what we will tell you, and we will explain why. Sometimes the fix is a process, a price change or a different follow-up routine rather than software.
